We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support. This position is essential for enhancing customer loyalty and reducing churn rates by proactively addressing customer needs and concerns.
Duties
- Engage with customers through outbound calling to assess their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in computerized systems for future reference and analysis.
- Support multilingual communication efforts to cater to diverse customer bases.
Experience
- Must have both Property and Casualty AND Life and Health license.
- Atleast 3 years experience in Insurance industry.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with outbound calling strategies and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support practices and tools is an advantage.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve a wider audience.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
